Still Workin.......

Sunday morning, 9:00 a.m., I get drug out of bed. Now, we don't have a morning meeting... We don't even have a 12:30 meeting... We have a 3:30 meeting...
But this Sunday, on my only day off, I have the privilege of digging a stump out of mother's flower bed.
Two frickin' hours of digging and prying to get the dumb thing out!!
Didn't they read the blog?....
I was trying to NOT work this weekend lol
Oh well, now that I am thoroughly exhaused, I'm going back to bed.

Tired Of Work!!!!

So basically, I'm sick and tired of doing nothing but working. And if it was just a day job I wouldn't have as much of a problem, but I kinda committed to working nights as well and it is really bumming me out. So, please, someone, ask me to do something this weekend!!! Cuz I totally will. I really don't care what it is... As long as it's not "hey, come install a toilet... or shower... or sink..." lol I am hereby boycotting anything that has water in it. lol So yeah, please ask me to do something. lol Thanks in advance...

Headaches.......

I would just like to apologize to anyone that tried to call me tonight. For some strange reason, my phone doesn't like me today and has been randomly shutting off.
But........
I probably would not have answered the phone anyway because directly after service, I got the world's worst migrane headache that has lasted all night. I have tried everything from pounds of caffeine, to tylenol, to hot showers, to laying a boiling hot rag on my face and nothing seems to be relieving the pressure...
Oh well, it can't last for too long but if it does...maybe I can legitimately miss the meeting tomorow?... lol
Alright, well, I'm about to go to bed and maybe get rid of this horrible headache.

Lunch at Ruby Tuesdays

I am normally a very easy-going person. But today was simply unacceptable. Will and I decided to go have luch with the Hunter girls at Ruby Tuesday's today. We got there at around 12:45... We got our drinks at about, oh, 1:10... And if that seems strange, we didn't get our food til we had already spoken to a manager at 1:25... Of course, we were all pretty upset. But what made it worse was it seemed that the reason for such horrible service was a slight case of racism. Everyone around us was getting some service, but we were the only table of "caucasian persuasion." Who knows...maybe he was just having an off day. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But what I didn't and will not give him is a tip lol. Ok...that's about it. I just wanted to rant a little bit about the horrible service. Tata.........

Nerd Patrol?????

So yeah, today I actually have something valuable to say. I'm sorry Will...lol
Sooo....about four days ago, Will goes into Best Buy and decides to apply for a job on the "Geek Squad" (or as my dad calls it, "Nerd Patrol"). In order to apply for said job, you have to take a personality test online.......
He failed it!! lol
We went in to check on the job application situation and the guy that was gonna hire him, told us that indeed, Will failed a personality test and therefor could not be hired....lol Poor Els......
So.......I took the same personality test...just to spite him. lol
We are awaiting the results.
They will be posted in five days and you can count on me blogging about it when they come out. I still love you Will lol

Special Talk

The special talk today, given by Roger Hunter **cue the applause**, was excellent. But not as good as the meal that we had after the meeting. lol "You Can Feel Save In This Troubled World"... Wow, what an appropriate title for the times that we are living in. To see the faces of all the visitors that were at the hall today just about brought a tear to my eye. Roger's study said "I was hangin' on every word." That in itself is testimony that there are still honest-hearted people out there in the world. Hmmm... makes ya wanna go out door to door don't it?...
Well, gotta get ready for work now. Bruce is runnin' me into the ground with all of these random jobs he has doin' at night time now. Tata.......

Friday Night Meeting?!?

So...apparently we have a meeting tonight...and it's FRIDAY!!!!! What is up with that??!! Oh well, fine, I'll go...but I'm not happy!! But Will did an "excellent job on the bible reading" as Brother Johnson would say. lol Yeah right... **rolls eyes** j/k buddy. Well, picnic at the Guthries tomorow and boy am I ready for some good wholesome association. Haven't had that in a long time.......I just hope there is karaoke lol.
Anywho, I guess that's about it for today. I'm not really sure who the guy was that left a comment yesterday but oh well. Guess you can't keep that from happening. Tata........

Tryin to Stay Out of the Crapper

Day two of this blog and boy am I tired. First, I want to thank everyone for the comments on the last one. That was a very nice welcome. Second, I set a toilet today!!! (not set on a toilet Will...I knew that was coming) But this is a huge accomplishment for me because it is the first major job that I have had to do by myself. So...yay me!!
Ummm...feelin a lil bit depressed right now...
I HATE bad phone calls...and todays was kinda hard.
But I am trying to get myself back on track. I am really trying to not let anything discourage me...that is DEFINITELY not what I need right now.
But our meeting is changed this week to Friday so if you call then and I don't answer........that's why. Or I'm ignorin you cuz I don't like you lol

The First of Many

So I guess this is my entrance to the blog spot world.
Ummm...if you are readin this, you already know everything there is to know about me so I won't waste your time with that.
But recently I have been trying to be much better than I have been in the past.
